Do I need a reservation to park at EZ Air Park?

Reservations are encouraged during the winter months and major holidays. We so offer the same great rates on Minneapolis airport parking whether you choose to drive up or make a reservation online.

How do I add my discount to my parking reservation?

If your reservation is linked to your EZ Air Park loyalty account, sign in to your account on the website prior to making a reservation. If your reservation is not linked to your EZ Air Park loyalty account or you don’t have an EZ Parker loyalty account, we can apply your discount when you check out with a booth attendant.

Can I pay for my entire stay on my airport parking reservation?

To offer you the most flexibility, we only require the first day of parking be prepaid. This allows you to come home early or stay a little longer with less hassle when you exit.

What are the daily parking rates for your airport parking lot?

I can’t access my loyalty account, what now?

Logging into your loyalty account online now requires the email address that you linked to your account when it was created. If you are having a difficult time with your password, you can request a reset. If the system doesn’t recognize your email address you can 1) try alternate emails, such as a work account, or 2) contact us for help accessing your loyalty account.

I’m traveling with my dog (or other pet), are they allowed on your shuttle?

We are happy to welcome travelers with pets that are securely leashed or in a travel crate throughout the shuttle ride to MSP airport terminals.

I’m traveling with a small child, can they ride the shuttle without a car seat?

They can travel in our airport shuttle without a car seat, but should sit on an adult’s lap or if big enough, sit in a seat with a seat belt secured.

Does your airport parking lot keep my car keys?

No, we will not ask you for your car keys or request double park and leave them to be moved later. You’ll find your car right where you left it when you return!
