I am so fortunate that I do not succumb to air sickness when I travel. Unfortunately, one of my children is not as lucky and even the thought of air travel makes him feel air sick. He loves to travel, just like me, and uses remedies to help him battle motion sickness while in the air that may help you too.

Ginger is probably one of the most popular natural products used for relief of an upset stomach. There are ginger candy chews, ginger teas, and ginger extract supplements making this a truly accessible natural remedy for air sickness.
Other tips for fighting motion sickness include: choosing distant focal points when in motion rather than reading, eat light snacks and avoid spicy or greasy foods. Lastly, request a seat near the bathrooms for emergency visits to relieve your upset stomach or ask for additional air sickness bags from the flight attendant.
