If your reservation is linked to your EZ Air Park loyalty account, sign in to your account on the website prior to making a reservation. If your reservation is not linked to your EZ Air Park loyalty account or you don’t have an EZ Parker loyalty account, we can apply your discount when you check out with a booth attendant.
We only take credit/debit cards for payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (sorry, no cash or checks)

About Reservations
Reservations are encouraged during the winter months and major holidays. We so offer the same great rates on Minneapolis airport parking whether you choose to drive up or make a reservation online. Make yours here.

To offer you the most flexibility, we only require the first day of parking be prepaid. This allows you to come home early or stay a little longer with less hassle when you exit.
If you need to change the date or time of your arrival or return before your stay, use the link provided in your confirmation email or log in to your EZ Parker account online to modify your reservation.
We offer free cancellations with 24 hours advance notice. You can cancel using the link provided in your confirmation email or log in to your EZ Parker account online to manage your reservation.
About Shuttles & Parking
Car seats are not required. The shuttle buses do have seatbelts or you can hold your smaller child in your lap.
We are happy to welcome travelers with pets that are securely leashed or in a travel crate throughout the shuttle ride to MSP airport terminals.
No, we will not ask you for your car keys or request double park and leave them to be moved later. You’ll find your car right where you left it when you return!
If you will be delayed less than two days, there is no need to contact us. If you will be delayed 3 days or longer, please notify us of your delay.
With advance notice we are able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Please contact us ahead of booking or driving up to ensure space is available. (Note: oversized vehicles taking more than one parking space will be charged an additional fee on top of our daily rate).
Our shuttles transport to and from the airport terminals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
About Customer Accounts
Logging into your loyalty account online now requires the email address that you linked to your account when it was created. If you are having a difficult time with your password, you can request a reset. If the system doesn’t recognize your email address you can 1) try alternate emails, such as a work account, or 2) contact us for help accessing your loyalty account.
You can edit, add or remove a primary and/or secondary credit card by logging into your profile online here.
We no longer have plastic cards, but you can print, download, or screenshot your loyalty barcode by logging into your account online and clicking “Email Loyalty Voucher” under the Personal Information section.

We recommend arriving at our offsite parking lot 30 minutes before you want to arrive at the MSP airport terminal’s ground transportation centers.
Airport Shuttle Service
Enjoy door-to-door airport shuttle service 24/7. We provide prompt, courteous shuttle service to and from the main MSP terminal 1 Lindbergh and the terminal 2 Humphrey, approximately every 15 minutes.
Peace of Mind
We can help if you have car trouble when returning from MSP. We offer free jump starting and also provide air for flat tires. This is a complimentary service to our customers.
Luggage Assistance
Our courteous drivers will assist you with your luggage. They will help you load and unload your luggage from our airport shuttle.
